Welcome! The following information is for your reference. It contains some important suggestions and pertinent information about the policies of this Storage Facility.
- Your total rental fee is due monthly.
- Invoices are provided as a courtesy. If you do not receive an invoice, it does not excuse your obligation to pay your rental fee. We only invoice via e-mail. Please mail your payment, pay online on our website or bring payment into the office.
- If we have not received your payment by day 2 after your due date, your gate access will be restricted and you must stop in the office. If your rent is not paid when due, you may be prevented from accessing your Space and you run the risk of having your goods disposed of in accordance with the California Lien law and your Storage Agreement.
- NO SMOKING or PETS allowed on the Storage Facility. Violation of this rule will be cause for immediate eviction Children are not permitted to run or play at the Storage Facility- there are moving vehicles around. Children must be properly supervised while at the Storage Facility. They must remain in your vehicle or under supervision at all times and are not allowed to play in driveways, hallways, or vacant units.
- A partial payment will not stop fees or official procedures. Any agreement between tenant and management to extend payment dates or defer sale of goods must be in writing and signed by both management and tenant to be binding.
- A $25 fee is automatically charged for all returned checks as well as a $100 late fee if replacement payment is not received within 10 days of your payment date. No checks will be accepted from you if you have had two returned checks for any reason, or during the time the Owner has commenced the enforcement of its lien right under Section 6 of your Storage Agreement. Your future payments will need to be made by cash, cashier's check, or money order. In addition, all payments of delinquent sums must be made by certified funds.
- We do not assume liability for any goods stored in your Space. Adding stored goods to an existing homeowners or renters policy is generally quite inexpensive; we recommend contacting your insurance agency or maintaining the $9.00 Protection Plan premium offered by this Storage Facility monthly.
- Living things may NOT be stored in your Space for any reason. Do not store any edible, flammable, explosive or illicit materials. The Space is to be used for the storage of personal property only. The door is to remain open while in the Space. No sleeping, napping or overnight stays are allowed. YOUR DOOR MUST REMAIN OPEN WHILE YOU ARE ACCESSING
YOUR SPACE. - If vacating, the Space must be vacated before the end of your monthly agreement and all terms and conditions of this Agreement must be satisfied. YOU MUST STOP BY THE OFFICE AND SIGN A VACATE FORM. Staff must verify the lock has been removed upon vacating.
- The Space must be left broom clean, emptied, in good condition - subject only to reasonable wear and tear - and ready to re-rent. Occupant's lock must be removed upon termination of occupancy. Failure to remove lock will result in your being charged the next month's rental and any fees that may be authorized under the Agreement If a unit Is found unlocked and empty, it will be assumed that the tenant has moved out and the unit has been abandoned.
- Gate hours are from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday- Saturday. The gate will not open after 5:30 pm, so please adhere to posted access hours. After 5:30 pm there will be a minimum of $60 after hour charge if you are still on the property.
- Office hours are from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Saturday. Closed Sundays.
